  The pictures of this listing are much nicer than the actual unit. I found Ibuprofen on the ground upon inspection of the place after seeing the whole thing didn't look clean, very happy I didn't have a pet or child with me who found it first. The shower curtain is just one of the sheer curtains from windows by the slider & it allows all of the water to escape while in use, I can only imagine the mold that may be growing there. Bath towels are child sized and there are only two bath and two pool so if it was two gals staying, goodluck washing your hair. Everyone above 5'9 will be able to see the dirt and dust on top of all the appliances and you will not be able to see yourself in the mirrors unless you're bent and leaning over. Everything is very dated! All of the side tables have a ghost outline of the things that used to sit on them, and to be frank, it honestly looks like they just painted a light grey over all their problems but missed the vents that are rusted over. The laundry may be there but it'll only fit one outfit at a time, very very small & looks a little rough around the edges with a large strip of adhesive left from some duct tape. I steered clear of all appliances but the fridge. Hair was found in clumps in the bathroom and all around the corners of the room & they told me a gal had come for three hours to clean prior but I didn't give them enough time and if they needed to they could come back while I was there... my stay was for a wedding & I was only there for three total days. I called about my issue but it was never reported back.

  Looking for things to do around your stay in Fort Worth, goodluck! I got a sticky note with the wrong wifi password for a welcome book and it including absolutely no instructions on how to use anything within the room. The tv was locked out on a parental code & there is no physical lock for the guest staying just a touch pad with no explanation of use. I thought I did it right the first two days as I was in a hurry, turned out I never even locked the door. Thankfully it is up two flights of stairs so no one is just casually walking by. Online instructions said to take out trash when checking out yet did not at all say where this location was so I left it.

  And a fair warning. Your guest contact will only be helpful while you're physically on the premises for questions however concerns regarding your actual stay should be made to evolve directly or nothing will be handled.

  Easy to book. Preliminary arrival communications were great. Minor hiccup on door codes and welcome book, but nothing that would detract me from staying here again.

  I asked for a full refund so I wouldn't have to leave this review to give the host a chance to improve this place, but they only gave me one night off...the last night that I couldn't take it anymore and moved to a hotel. I tried to overlook the dirtiness on the floor of the bathroom, the caked on junk on the bath mat and the dust collecting over the dryer in the bathroom.

  The first morning, after the 1970s pullout couch was miserable (and gross) and the bed was as hard as the floor, I couldn't breathe. I used the washer and dryer and discovered the lint screen hadn't been cleaned in months most likely. That made me think about my sore throat and so I looked at the air filter. It was BLACK. It hadn't been changed in years I am sure. There was mold around it and mold coming out of the vents on the ceiling. I texted the host and sent pictures and gave them an opportunity to fix it.

  They did two things, replaced the bath mats and changed the air filter. The second night, trying to tolerate the beds, my child slept on the couch cushions instead of the pull out and I suffered through on the bed. I turned the fan to on position for the A/C to try to drown out the noise from the night before, and since there was a new filter, I thought it might help clean the air. The woman screaming at midnight was enough to make me jump and my heart race. Then the windows rattling from what seemed like a couch being dropped from the roof shocked me. As the screaming continued for the next two hours, I waited for a gun shot that never happened fortunately.

  Waking up on morning two, with horrible drainage down my throat, and the combination of a hurting back and a horrible night of sleep, I couldn't take it anymore. The place clearly hasn't been taken care of for years. They slapped some paint on the walls but never cleaned the baseboards or the corners. The lack of attention to the floor mats makes me wonder if the bedding is ever washed. Plus that washer and dryer are tiny and can't hold much. The neighbors are awful and downright scary. The dog barking in the night is annoying but tolerable. The beds are old. The furniture is NOT what is shown in the pictures. The photos on the listing are not an accurate representation. I tried to express my concern to the host via the Evolve representative, but the host chose to give my money back only for the night that I refused to stay there again. Avoid this place at all costs. You will be sick or tired or both.
