    We were in town for a family funeral and decided to take a chance on this property, despite the previous review. We stayed for six nights and it was pet friendly. The location was perfect - easy access to the freeway and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We took our little Chiweenie for several walks through the neighborhood. We found a couple of grocery stores close by and a Walmart about two miles away. There were several fast food restaurants including a few bakeries within a mile that had delicious tamales; and if you're a native El Pasoan, a Chicos Tacos is just a couple of blocks away. The home has been nicely renovated. It was clean, roomy and the beds were comfortable. The TV and internet worked great, even though it rained a couple of days. This appeared to be a fairly new listing so there are a few areas that could be improved. The property had a nice size backyard, as listed online, but it is not landscaped so it's just dirt with no where to sit, and the outside trash can was completely full upon our arrival and stayed full throughout our stay. The kitchen could use some dish towels and a bigger trash can, at least a 13-gallon size one. I didn't pack a hairdryer because the online listing said it had one; but it didn't so I had to go buy one. All in all, we were comfortable staying in this property and it suited our needs. This rental property was a great place for the value and we would stay again.

    Clean restrooms and bedrooms. Nice rennovation. The first thing we noticed when we pulled into the property was the weeds. There were weeds as tall as me and they were everywhere, we all had allergies because of it. The front door had to be slammed shut everytime for it to close. There were no trash bags in the trash can or drawers. There was NO wifi!! Not even an antenna to watch tv. My poor mom had to babysit without entertainment. The backyard was full of weeds and stickers. Besides that, the place is very nice. Beds were comfortable, the restrooms were nice. The kitchen is very nice. Location is great! Close to the highway, right around the corner from chicos tacos, whataburger, roscoes and dollar general.

    - You will be pleased to know that our landscaper was able to take care of all the weeds right after your stay. There's been a shortage of labor and it's been hard to find time from them which is why weeds were grown like that.
    - While the front door has been fixed too, I understand how it may have been jammed due to bloating after the recent heavy rains.
    - The possible cause of WiFi service interruption may also have been the storms and it's very common in El Paso to have patchy internet due to rains and not just our property.
    We hope that you'd give us a chance to host you again. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"
