  The house was very pretty, and clean. However, functionality wise for a visiting family of 4 with 2 children, there was only one tv in the far living room.

  One bathroom only had a curtin as a door and that was also located in that main living room, so nobody was comfortable using it.

  There are also no fans or ceiling fans, aside from one in the living room. The AC was scheduled to be turned up which caused us all to sleep terribly considering we only had still air in the middle of the night.

  There were very loud dogs all around the property all night, which i realize they have no control over. However, that still was a factor in how bad we slept.

  Hi Sarina, we’re so glad you enjoyed the clean property, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
  - Our listing accurately advertises one flat-screen TV with local channels and Netflix, as depicted in the listing photos. 
  - The small bathroom was designed as an emergency option for situations when the full bathroom is in use. Unfortunately, we can't make alterations to this setup, and the listing accurately reflects this in the photos. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  - We have one ceiling fan in the living room, and we don't have plans to add more. Additionally, there are small floor fans in the closets of each bedroom for guests to use. We're actively working on making these fans more easily visible to guests for their convenience.
  - The A/C is fully functional and can be adjusted to the desired temperature by guests. It's a modern, wifi-enabled thermostat that activates when it detects motion, set at 76 degrees by default. We're in the process of providing clear instructions in the home to help guests operate it more easily.
  - We acknowledge that the neighboring barking dogs can be inconvenient. We've attempted to address this issue by speaking to the neighbors, although progress has been limited as it's beyond our control. We've also installed darkening and noise-reducing curtains to mitigate the impact as much as possible.
