Nice house awful neighborhood
3/5 The house was nice and looked as is in listing. Many missing amenities, such as a toaster, spatula, mixing bowls, limited bath towels, dinnerware and more. The home wasn’t very clean as there were dirty washcloths hanging behind the bathroom door, rubbish under a bed, and laundry left behind. Jessica was extremely nice and tried very hard to satisfy our every need. The neighborhood is run down with many abandoned homes and cars.

We are glad you chose the home and we are sorry your stay was not what you expected. The missing amenities such as a toaster, spatula, and mixing bowls, it's possible that these items were unintentionally overlooked or not included in the standard offerings of the property. Our host Jessica was proactive and made sincere efforts to address and satisfy every need, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction. Everything was provided the next day thanks to my Amazon Prime access. We have never had these issues before and have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure that this issue does not recur for future travelers. While the neighbor's actions and decorations are not our decision, we're sorry that your group felt uncomfortable during your stay. We work hard to provide a great environment for all guests, but external factors like the neighbors are simply out of our control.
