  Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with beutiful dcenery. We loved the restaurant in walking distant. The pool was refreshing.

• Nice studio condo for 2

  We love Northshore Condos because it's right on the lake and there's a restaurant within walking distance. We have stayed during the week and it's been very peaceful. We also love the beach type entrance pool.

• Homey and Relaxing

  I was impressed by the amenities provided in this cute studio unit! The snacks were perfect and I didn’t have to worry if I forget a toiletry item, because there was a back up provided! I felt right at home and enjoyed all the accommodations! Although it was too cold to swim the pool looked inviting and well kept. For the price and location, I would definitely book again in a heartbeat! I was able to easily extend my stay with a simple phone call to customer service line.

• Weekend getaway

  We had a restful 3 days and enjoyed the water view. Cheryl was very helpful and accommodating. We have suggested this property to my sister and brother-in-law for one of their weekend excursions!

• Almost good… but needs sound proofing

  Nearly everything was good… unit was well furnished, clean, check in/out was well communicated and easy, and bed was comfortable. Only 2 drawbacks… First, the front door was covered with cobwebs. I realize at a lake spiders are a constant challenge, but I would expect someone to run a broom across the door/door frame before a rental. Maybe it was just an oversight this weekend. Second, and most importantly, this room has a door adjoining the unit next door. On its own, no big deal, but the door lets through every sound. The people next door to us weren’t doing anything unusual and weren’t loud at all, but we could hear every word they said to each other, we could hear the water running in their kitchen sink, and we could hear every sound from their TV. It was like they were in the same room as us. We felt like we had no privacy and had to whisper to each other unless we wanted our neighbors to hear our conversations. Either the door needs to block sound a lot better, or these units shouldn’t be rented separately.

  -"We deeply regret that your recent stay did not meet the standards of comfort and satisfaction we aim to provide.
  -We understand that spiders and spider webs have been a concern, and we do our best to address this ongoing issue. The entry is routinely swept as part of our unit preparation process, but we acknowledge that it may not always appear as clean as desired. Please know that we are currently undergoing substantial repairs to the exterior of all our units, and once this project is completed, we intend to paint the exterior walls and doors to enhance the overall aesthetic. However, we recognize that this may not entirely resolve the spider issue.
  -Your feedback about the unit next door and its soundproofing will be taken into consideration as we strive to create a more peaceful environment. It's important to note that when you booked the unit, the information clearly states that it adjoins a larger unit. Nevertheless, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
