Cramped but cozy
4/5 Pros: Great location for a stay in Corpus Christie. Right on the beach and within walking distance of the Lexington and aquarium. 10 min drive from downtown CC with shops, food and sights. The balcony was perfect for listening to the waves or watching the ships come into the channel. Cons: The condo itself was a little dated and smaller than the pictures presented. For 3 adults it was pretty tight, the “bed” in the alcove is more of an elevated bench. Great for storage, not so wonderful for sleeping. The water in the shower was not hot and owner would not fix it. Overall the condo was charming but close quarters. Would stay again if looking for a place in CC.

Disappointed
3/5 The condo was on the third floor. The elevator did not work and for a senior going up three flights of stairs is very hard, especially with heavy luggage. Had I known this before booking I would not have stayed here. There wasn’t any bath cloths and only four towels for three grown women. Washing my face in the mornings with paper towels was not pleasant.

It was too dirty
1/5 View is nice. Owner is a very nice concerned person. But the cleaning staff is not being honest with their job. In the kitchen area the cabinet doors, counters were all sticky, there were dead cockroaches when i pulled the sofa to make it a bed. When I moved the mattress of the small day bed there was a thick layer of dirt all around it. Bathroom smelled really bad. I l rented for 2 nights but left after one night. Called the owner and she is a super nice lady but I guess she has to change things around get a better sofa set and hire a different cleaning crew.

Great location
5/5 Patio overlooking water - what could be better? Lovely condo - well fitted out. A couple of suggestions- room darkening curtains in bedroom would be great (light right outside window) and more comfortable chairs in living area for us "older" folks.
