Not as advertised
3/5 Really did not love this house. It is RIGHT next to (like almost attached) to a run down weird looking warehouse directly off the highway. When we first pulled up there was actual employees in the warehouse. It was trashy and felt unsafe.
The customer service from EVOLVE is the worst I have ever received for a VRBO. I emailed them 3 times with no response. When we got there we had problem and called the contact that EVOLVE gave me to call for emergencies. The voicemail said her name is Kristen. I called her 3 times and she NEVER returned a single call. Just awful.
I gave this property 3 stars because the interior was updated and okay. But they didn’t have one pic of the outside with the warehouse. VERY deceptive.
Safe, secure and close to campus
5/5 We loved this property and will book again. It's very roomy and inviting. Plenty of seating areas for everyone to enjoy plus lots of soft blankets to cozy up with. The beds are comfy and there are extra towels. The home is behind a massive electric gate, so you feel very safe on the property. The location is very convenient and close to campus the airport.
