CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please ensure that you close the front door and press the ‘lock’ icon on the keypad when you exit the home
- The access code will expire 10 minutes past your designated check-out time
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. If applicable, please take the trash out in the alley on Wednesday nights for Thursday pickup
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Leave all indoor towels hung in the bathrooms
- Leave outdoor towels hanging outside (unless it rains, then please put them on the laundry room floor)
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please swim and use the pool at your own risk
- Do not touch pool equipment
- Please don't remove anything from the house that you didn’t bring with you
-  Locked areas are off limits to guests
- Keep everything that belongs inside, in the home. We provide pool towels and plastic wear for outdoor use
- No glass outside. If your beer or wine only comes in a bottle, pour it into a cup
- No fire or flames anywhere on the property
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Thursday through Sunday and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday and Saturday
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs to enter. All bedrooms are located upstairs
- The property may not be suitable for small children due to the unfenced pool area
- A spare bedroom, 2 supply closets, and the garage will be locked/unavailable for guest use
- Pool and lawn maintenance crews come on Tuesdays during the day. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a specific time but our staff works quickly to minimize any disruption to your stay
