Relaxing Stay
5/5 We enjoyed our time at the Kiwi house. There was plenty of driveway room to park boats and cars. It is on a steep incline so blocks for the trailer is a must. Was located close enough to what you need.

Did not stay. Reservation was canceled via email on the day we were driving down
1/5 We didn’t get to stay at the canyon lake houses we are approximately 7 hours away from Canyon Lake, Texas & were 2 hours into our deuce to the lake house that morning when we received an email that our reservation was cancelled because there was a water leak at the property. Then property manager sent me two alternate listings, only one of which met our needs, in said email. I spent 20 mini on the phone trying to get a place for our party to stay while we were en route. I am still waiting on a refund for this property & we were told the refund would be credited back to our account within 24 hours. This is day 3 of the trip & we are still waiting on that refund from the property rental. VRBO fee was credited to me yesterday & I am out of two rental fees for this weekend, one for the property we initially booked and the second for the property we had to book because there was an issue with the AC at the Canyon Lake property. No one ever called us to tell us our original booking was cancelled & I’m very concerned that I’ve not been refunded for the rental fee for this property.

Girls weekend
5/5 The property has beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. The house is very well equipped and ready for the renters to come and in and have everything that should be needed. The owner was very kind and receptive. The house is well decorated and updated. It was unfortunate for us that the temps were a little too cool to enjoy the outdoor amenities and the games provided. This is my first experience renting a home for The weekend and I can only hope that if we should do it again it will be as pleasasurable and accommodating of this experience.

Great escape!
5/5 Perfect escape from Reality. We are building a home nearby and living in cramped quarters in the meantime. This was a great escape. We over packed actually! The home offered every utensil and cleaning product.
