Great house, close to everything!
5/5 We stayed at the Blue Cottage Inn for a mother/daughter weekend. This was the perfect house for our group. Clean and well-maintained. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, although we didn't really do a lot of cooking at the house. We were in town for the Lavender Festival. The house was 5 min drive from town, so we were never far from anything. Really close to Blanco State Park, which was a nice place to go for a quick swim in the river. Also right around the corner from one of the lavender farms. The back patio was a great place to hang out and unwind at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and organized. Well suited for our need
4/5 I would stay again if I was to stay in Blanco. Location was just a little to far from Wineries, Fredericksburg, Lukenbach and other tourist traps; however, if I only wanted to get laid back and do nothing I would come back.

Very nice and convenient place to stay.
4/5 The property was in excellent condition. It was well appointed with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The only improvement I would suggest is that the door in the downstairs bedroom which has a full window, needs a window treatment or covering. My daughter in law was uncomfortable with the full uncovered window in the door which opens onto the patio.
