    First time using this app. The home was fantastic and the deer made it over the top! The owner left Corn feed to give the deer. The cities Belton and Temple outstanding. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Thank you for a great weekend. Highly recommend this location.

  • Poor Housekeeping

    Upon arrival, bed in master room was not made, nor where there sheets for the bed. Bedding had been thrown on the floor. Bedding in downstairs bedroom looked like someone had slept in the bed and just made the bed back up. All the dirty linen from the previous guest had been left on the floor in the hall closet for us to see. The washer was also out, which we were not notified of until arrival on the property. Contacted host and they notified us someone would come and bring clean bedding and would get someone out to fix the washer. Bedding was not brought until the next day and washer was never fixed nor did we receive notification from host that it could not be fixed during our stay. This place has a lot of potential but management company needs some work with cleanliness of host site.

    - The non-functional washer and our lack of timely communication about it were significant oversights on our part. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

  • It was ok...

    This house has potential but it needed work. The floors had not been mopped, you could see that they were dirty when the light hit them. There was laundry left in both the washer and dryer. There was dishes left in the drying rack. The coffee pot did not work. I did not feel that the dishes that were put up were very clean. The ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom was broke. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom had so much hard water build up on it. There were lightbulbs that needed replacing. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was broke. The handle in the downstairs shower came off. The bedroom door downstairs would not close all the way. I got the feeling that this house is being remolded but not finished yet. I was also a little grossed out when we were getting ready to leave and taking the sheets off the bed to find that the pillows were stained. Over all it was ok but I would not book again.

  • Kitchen had issues

    The house was clean. The beds were great. The door for downstairs bedroom did not shut. Upstairs bedroom had blade missing from ceiling fan.The kitchen had some issues. The faucet was not attached correctly so you got a shower every time you used it. Coffee pot did not work. There were no kitchen towels. Not enough silverware. Ice maker and water did not workThe faucet in downstairs bathroom came off. The deer were the bright spot but we did not have corn to feed them.

  • Nice size home

    The house was a bit disappointing in cleanliness. It was very hot upon arrival and it took way into the night to cool off comfortably. The kitchen cabinets were a mess and there was a drawer missing a bottom. The microwave was not useable due to filth and the utility room was nasty with dirty towels on the floor. And I do not think 1 towel per person for a 3 night stay is sufficient. I think with attention this could be a lovely place to stay. The beds had sheets on them only. I found the master bedroom comforter thrown in the closet floor. The house also has a strange odor. I also think bean bags are not a great alternative for furniture, they are difficult to get to get in and out of.
