Nice Place
4/5 Overall enjoyed our stay, lots of room for us. we were a group of 10 adult people. The bunk bedroom is comfortable but having no bathroom upstairs was a downer, The rest of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom which is nice. The carpet upstairs needs cleaning. Kitchen has essentials but nothing extra. The country location is peaceful, quiet, but easy to find. Exactly what we needed.

Beautiful home but not clean
2/5 The home and property are beautiful. Our issue was with the cleanliness- molded coffee in the coffee maker, leftover pod in the Keurig, rat feces in the cabinet with the cookie sheets, crumbs/food in microwave, old soap left in shower, dead bugs, cobwebs throughout, water bottles left on porch, trash left in outside can, ants in the kitchen, etc. We were excited about this property, but the lack of cleanliness left us feeling very uncomfortable.

Family Wedding at The Vine
3/5 The property is well-appointed with a cute Texas theme. Bedrooms are labeled with Texas names. Fun features for children. Ample space. Basic toiletries provided.
A few maintenance and management issues that could be improved. Management was responsive, although not everything was able to be repaired for our stay.
Overall, the house has great potential for a fun and relaxing large group gathering, but appears to be poorly managed at this time.

Family Celebration
4/5 We booked this property and brought in siblings and their families from all over the country as a surprise to celebrate our parents 70th & 80th birthdays. There were 17 of us and we all had plenty of space. Wonderful game room off the main house with tables that sat all of us, so we could all eat as a family. Large television, full size ping pong table, a room full of outdoor toys for kids and adults as well as a room full of inside toys and games including a giant bin of legos which my 7 year old loved. We drank our morning coffee out on the huge porch off the game room. Several family members enjoyed the basketball court, others enjoyed playing horseshoes in the yard. The only downside was that the house is listed as sleeping 17 with linens and towels provided, but we were only provided with 13 bath towels for 17 people, which was not sufficient. Aside from that inconvenience, we had a great time and made lots of memories.
