    I was in town for a memorial service and enjoyed my quiet time at the condo. We were close to great restaurants and we were able to enjoy morning walks at Zilker Park.

  • Did not give the right door code.

    The night I arrived, I trouble getting in. Before arrival they sent an email saying to use the last 4 digits of the phone number used to reserve as the passcode for the door. I tried mine and even tried other family members it could have been, however I was not able to get into the apartment. I messaged the owner the same night, but I still had to get a hotel for the night. They ended up messaging me the next morning with numbers that weren’t even close to my phones last 4 digits. Upon entry, there was just a nasty smell. It smelled like an animal shelter. There were barely any proper kitchen supplies available. The internet on the TV kept shutting off so I wasn’t able to finish an episode of anything without having to go and reconnect. Another thing, the water in the shower would never get even slightly above warm. It was only ever cold, yet the sinks water would be scorching hot. Overall everything was actually pretty dirty. It appeared clean, but there was dust and dirt on the floors. Behind the doors, in the corners, on the windowsills and in the bathroom. The shower was not the cleanest.

    - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during the check-in process. Unfortunately, the property manager forgot to send you the correct door code prior to your arrival. We strive to provide all of our guests with a 5-star experience and regret that your stay started off this way. We will address this issue with our property manager to ensure it does not reoccur.
    - We were surprised to read your review as neither we nor the cleaning team detected any odors before or after your stay.
    - There are plenty of kitchen supplies provided for a short stay. We wish you would have reached out to the guest contact while you were in residence so that we could direct you to a specific item that you had in mind.
    - Thank you for notifying us of the issues with the hot water and internet on the TV. We were not aware of these problems prior to your stay and are working with a plumber and handyman to resolve them before our next guests arrive!
    - Cleanliness and sanitization are our top priorities. We will address the cleanliness concerns with the cleaning crew and make sure they're meeting our high standards for future guests.

    Love the area, comfy bed super private oasis style home near downtown will def. Come visit again it was super close to zilker park !
