  Property was nice. Lots of traffic in and out of shared driveway. Large trailer was parked outside of kitchen window. Weather wasn’t great and the water was very muddy from remnants of Helene.

• Beautiful home that needs better care

  First of all the home is beautiful and cozy. Was easy to add 2 days for earlier arrival. Home needs better cleaning service to make owner aware of problems. Many lights had no light bulbs or bulbs that had blown out. Thank goodness there were extra bulbs in the cabinets but should not have to add or change light bulbs in order to see. Many of family are coffee drinkers and a one cup Kuriege is not sufficient. Bought a 10 cup and left it there when we left. Hope that resolves that problem for others in the future, some of the washcloths had sour smells when wet. Maybe washed and not dried totally when put away. The front door did not lock when we went out. Notified the contact and followed their instructions but still wouldn’t work. Did not like leaving the home unlocked. Only time it would lock was when I could turn the lock from the inside. Son did not get to use the boat sli. As the ramp is very very steep and damaged his trailer trying to get to the water. Really needed a 4 wheel drive truck to get the boat in the water. Don’t get me wrong we had a wonderful time. Just some inconveniences.

  -We addressed the concerns regarding the lock during the guests' stay, and can confirm that it is functioning as intended, with no issues reported by other guests.
  -Regarding the Keurig, the guest did not mention any problems during their stay. There are a couple of Keurig machines in the kitchen that could have been used, rather than purchasing a new one. During our conversations, the guest also did not raise any other issues they mentioned in their review.
  -As for the boat ramps, there are several in the area, with detailed directions available on the refrigerator. Previous guests have used the boat ramps without any issues, and the guest did not communicate any concerns at the time.
  -Similarly, the concern about the light bulbs was not mentioned during the stay. Upon inspection, we did not find any blown bulbs, and we only kept a few spares in the house. To ensure we address any future issues promptly, we have instructed the cleaning team to inform us of any bulb replacements needed.

  The house was absolutely amazing and had a beautiful view. It was perfect for my little family. Unfortunately the neighbors were partying the entire time all hours of the night. Peeling out of the driveway waking us up several times. Screaming and yelling at each other. I other.
