NASCAR getaway
2/5 It could be a really nice place but needs to have someone come in and do a deep clean. Evolve did refund us the cleaning fee but I would not receive this to anyone unless they decide to clean first.

Hi Carla, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Our cleaning crew unexpectedly resigned a week before your stay and reported that they had turned the property. After receiving your feedback, we inspected the property and identified a few areas that didn't meet our usual standards.
- The house has undergone pressure washing and is currently in the process of being painted. Fortunately, there were no repairs or deep cleaning requirements inside the house.
- As a gesture of hospitality, we've refunded the cleaning fee to compensate for any inconveniences you may have experienced.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
