The house is close to the lake. There are plenty of amenities in the area. You will need a car to get around, of course.
This property is super clean on the inside.
It is close to Kentucky Lake and neighborhood is quiet.
The interior needs TLC/updating. The fridge was great, the water was hot, and pressure was outstanding. The dishwasher took hours to clean a small load, was extremely loud (don't run it and expect to sleep), and left dishes wet. No toaster or hand mixer on site. Washer was loud. Microwave was very small and weak. Oven was finicky, the racks inside did not fit well and prevented door from closing properly. Charcoal grill on site but charcoal not provided. Not a lot of garbage bags provided; we had to buy extra to ensure all trash was taken out before leaving. 2 outdoor chairs and table were available on front porch. Front door needs new weatherstripping; bugs found their way in every night. Porch light is very finicky; do not turn off the switch, or you'll have to email the landlord to come turn it back on.
The grounds have basic maintenance at best. The ramp is VERY steep and not ADA compliant in any way. Would not be safe for someone with a walker, cane, or wheelchair. It definitely needs to be extended and the steepness reduced. The front porch appears to have been ravaged by carpenter ants or termites. The goat smell is atrocious and overwhelming. Cannot be outside longer than to/from car and cannot have property windows open. Unpleasant to grill out with goat stench. Verizon cell service spotty at best. Attention to details could make this great.

This home would be a good fish camp for young adults. We 70-somethings were so happy to see each other, everything was fine.
