  • Spring Break Getaway

    Great cabin that was the perfect size for our group. Everyone had their own space to escape too and the living room was perfect for our games nights. We even had a bear saunter up and around the cabin! The gravel road to the cabin is a little scary since it’s one lane and needs some potholes filled. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip.

  • Would be worth the money if they did a lot of small maintenance items that are needed.

    The pictures make the place look bigger but it was still roomy for all of us. Not a big deal. It is in need of major maintenance on small things. Half the lights didn’t work, found lots of broken stuff, found someone’s dirty socks under our bed, honestly it looks like there hasn’t been a cleaning or maintenance crew there in quite some time. There were lots of small things that were just inconvenient issues, no remote for tv in the pool table room, half the stuff wasn’t plugged in or were missing items, the dart boards didn’t have any darts, etc. The major issue I have though, the walk in shower has MOLD on the walls. I couldn’t tell though since the light in the shower wouldn’t work. I heard my husband gag when he found it, by sticking his hand in it not knowing. Also, the shower is literally right in front of the bed, so unless that’s your thing, there is zero privacy in that bedroom. I plan on getting ahold of the host to let them know about the issues we found but I want to let this platform know as well. I rated check in, and communication 3 stars because I didn’t get try to get ahold of anyone while there since we were only there for 2 nights and only spent a few hours there in the evenings. But if I were to want to be there for more than a few hours then I would’ve been on the phone to get stuff taken care of.

We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable. We'll share your feedback with our cleaning crew to ensure all efforts are consistent and thorough. We have plans to refresh the cabin in the upcoming months.
    -We can confirm there are remotes for every TV within the home and we will have our cleaning team check the dartboard accessories for items that may need to be replaced.
    -We have never experienced issues with mold in the rental. Because Sevierville receives a lot of rainfall during parts of the year, we go to great lengths to ensure the rental is mold-free.
    -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously and strive to be transparent with our guests. We would have been more than happy to walk you through the exact layout of the home had you inquired during the booking process.
    -We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. Without notifying the local team, we weren't able to act on your concern and resolve any issue promptly.

  • Sorry, not worth the money charged.

    We had issues as soon as we arrived at the property. It was a rainy weekend. We tracked in dirt and leaves but we were unable to find a broom to clean up our mess. I called our host and they did not answer. They didn't have a voice-mail either so I wasn't able to leave a message. I decided to sent an email but I never received a response. The cabins description says it will sleep 10, however, the dining table only seats 4. The water pressure was less than adequate. We discovered a leaking water line outside between the well and the cabin. Which was running across the parking area and along the foundation if the cabin. There was a hole in top floor bedroom between the floor boards, looking into the bedroom below. Pool table in lower level in desperate need of repair, leveling, and broken pool sticks. Main level bath tub faucet needs replaced/repaired. Shower head and tub head full of calcium build up. Which only provided a dribble of water. Upper lever shower need repair to the door latch. Door will not stay completely closed, which causes water to leak on the floor. Could result into major water issues.

    Good notes, beds were in good shape. All bed sheets, blankets etc were clean and neat. Towels, and wash cloths were clean. Dishes, cups, cutlery etc were clean. Sofas on main level were comfortable. TV's all work as they should with plenty of viewing options. Netflix, etc. Heat and AC worked correctly.

    -We're delighted to learn that you found the comfort of the home and amenities enjoyable.
    -We've recently identified and swiftly repaired the leaking well line. Regarding the availability of a broom in the cabin, our local host has assured us of submitting pictures to showcase its presence.
    -Concerning the pool table, it underwent leveling and repairs within the last six months due to a guest-induced issue. Additionally, the pool sticks were replaced during that maintenance, as verified by our cleaner's images indicating the use of non-broken sticks.
    -The main floor tub faucet has been replaced, and plans are underway for the replacement of shower heads. It's believed that the well leak might have contributed to the water pressure issues, which have since been resolved. Additionally, we were unaware of the shower door concern, and we're addressing it promptly upon receiving this feedback.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  • Not very clean

    Pictures of property were not accurate. The outward appearance was as if it was run down. Inside was very dirty, cobweb's were hanging everywhere. The front door had trash swept up behind it. The outside chairs were damaged and some were even thrown over the balcony. In the game room down stairs there were a pair of women's underwear hanging on the dart board. I also have pictures of the findings that I have mentioned.

  • Worst vacation cabin ever

    Worst vacation cabin we have ever had,water wasn’t working when we got there,finally after a few hours we had enough water to get bye,the cabin was very dirty windows looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months,musky smell throughout cabin,hardly anything to cook with,could never get hold of our guest guy tryed for 2 months,tryed talking to evolve for a mother cabin they never got back to us.STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING EVOLVE has anything to do with rentals our vacation plans WORST trip eve.
