  • Nice roomy cabin with great views


    Overall, this is a very nice retreat—far away enough from the tourist madness of the Smokies yet convenient to Greenbrier (part of the National Park) and the artist community. Very easy check in and excellent property management resources. Only downside was the weather was very variable (70 and 80’s some days, in the 40’s other days) and owner has a remote lock on the thermostat so there’s no way to heat or cool the cabin without their assistance. You have to call the property management company, who will notify the owner to change the thermostat. The property management company was very responsive and helpful.

    The view was amazing! The room with the two beds was a bit cramped but we made it work. This is a place we will definitely be recommending to others.

  • Fantastic Get-A-Way


    The Envolve team was great! The cabin was great and met all of our expectations. We loved the fact they allowed us to have two dogs and didn't put a size limitation on them. We would recommend the cabin to anyone going to the area and would love to stay there again.

  • Mountains


    The cabin was nice. Could have been cleaner. Could not use refrigerator, it had a horrible odor. Bought cooler to store stuff in. Sharing a driveway was a tight fit. But the view was awesome.

    -Our dedicated cleaning and maintenance teams have noted that the guest's statement about cleanliness lacks specific details that would assist them in addressing any concerns. Additionally, our cleaning partners have indicated that no specific complaints were raised by the guest during their stay for resolution.
    -Regarding the refrigerator issue, we regret that it wasn't brought to our attention during your stay, or at least, our management company, Evolve, informed us post-stay. Subsequently, we have taken immediate action and installed a new refrigerator to ensure the comfort of our guests.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

    Place was absolutely amazing minus one thing...refrigerator did not work when I got there I just put my stuff in not realizing. 24 hours later I realized it was not on. Even after turning on it never got colder than 60 to 55 which according to the thermometer in the fridge food was spoiled so I lost over 100 dollars in food and spent most nights eating at McDonald's. Besides that everything was great and what a view
