Life is better at the lake

Very accommodating, great views and good value
5/5 I'd recommend this house and would come back as well.
The house was well stocked, clean, organized and well thought through for accommodating guests. The host was also very welcoming, reaching out a couple times and very responsive. Kitchen was clean, well stocked and even had double oven and Keurig coffee machine. Pool/ping-pong table, dart board, fire pit and grill were nice but never used them. Steps to the bottom level are a little short, though clearly labeled and never had an issue with them. The climb up from the water may not be for everyone, you can always head to nearby marina if people have limitations or a lot to haul in/out of a boat.
It is close to Gilmore Docks (marina) where we launched, the owner/manager was very nice and gave us good information about the lake. It was a very short boat ride to the house and dock, where it was nicely off the main lake and sheltered from wakes.

2023 Labor Day Weekend with Fireworks
5/5 We had such a great time here! Obviously the views are incredible!
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kayaking was great. We lucked out with amazing weather and the highlight was the fireworks on the water that we watched right from the deck! Perfect view!!
Our four-year-old has never really seen fireworks and was delighted!
