  Nice cabin with the perfect layout for our needs. It was nice for each bedroom to have its own private full bathroom since we were a multi family staying together. It gave each family their own private space. One con was that under the living room furniture was cleaned in some time. There dust, trash and even a used baby bottle that had been there for awhile. (Milk in the bottle was a dried solid) Overall the cabin was just right for us.

• Property was dirty

  The cabin was filthy! Beds and furniture were nasty and nobody was able to sleep. I’ve been to many cabins and this was horrific. Towels in the bathroom were dark and seemed unsanitary and sheets had an odor.

  - We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced in the property. We have escalated the issue with our cleaning team, who have previously performed well.
  - Sheets and towels are brown which might have caused the perception you had. However, bedding and towels are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We appreciate your feedback and we will take action to use lighter colors in bedding and towels.
  - If you had informed us during your stay, we would have promptly addressed the issues to improve your experience

• Not all it’s cracked up to be

  We booked this cabin for our family vacation and literally every game was broken. Parkman arcade does not work! So why even list it? The pool table pocket falls out. So no playing pool? The foosball had no balls. The hot tub leaks and pours water out from under the tub! We were afraid of how long it may have been leaking and rotten under the deck…. So no hot tub! There was a racket in the attic… what critters it was is a mystery. Huge hole in the side of the house!!! We messaged guest services about the trash cans that were overflowing when we got here because we had no where to throw our trash away. With 11 people and no place to put trash!! We took off some to local dumpster at car wash.

  The house is settling so bad it’s leaning and the doors do not close properly or lock! We were not impressed with this cabin at all! This place also needs to be stocked with more than two towels per bathroom. We are on vacation and had to wash towels every day so we could have some for our showers that night. We ended up just buying more. For the price of what we had to spend it was definitely not worth the money!

  The cabin had great space for everyone. It was clean but a little dated. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall a nice clean place to stay
