DONT STAY HERE NEEDS WORK
1/5 You drive into the neighborhood and there is a big dumpster in the road you have to go around. They are working on a row of homes. Gives you a trashy feeling. Property looks ok from the outside. We walk in and everything looks ok until you start to notice. Big microwave dont work, they put in a small one. It will not hold a big meal. Things that dont work:Shower and jetted tub in the hall bathroom. All 6 of us had to take a shower in the main shower which is very small. No room to move for any of us. Most of the sockets didn't have covers on them. Unsafe Ceiling fan in the main dont workSofa bed is so thin, you cant sleep on it. Had to buy an air mattressThe second bedroom outside door will not lockThe pool is disguising. Very dark lighting. Nothing like the picturesThe hot tub in the pool area is not working, looks like mold is in it.The only good thing is very night you can watch fireworks from the 2nd room at Dollywood.

Things need fixing!!!!
3/5 Sheets didn't fit the beds. No pot holders or no soap for dishwasher. Some outlets were not covered. The bed couch was about broke. We have stayed at a lot places, but this place needed some more work before its rented out again. Microwave did not work nor did the fan above the stove. We also didn't get a welcome packet as stated online that there will be.

Holiday trip
4/5 The manager communicated well and was kind enough to provide a solution to a large water problem.Great location, clean unit. We really enjoyed the cozy fireplace-easy to use. Please be aware that the indoor pool is not heated and is extremely chilly. If it wasn’t for the hot tub next to it, my kids wouldn’t have been able to play long. They’re a bit older and were able to take the cold temperature, but I doubt a toddler or younger kids would find the indoor pool enjoyable. It be was a bummer, because we were really looking forward to using the indoor pool more, but it was just too cold.

Perfect Location
5/5 Our family had a great stay here! Very convenient to everything. We loved that it was quiet, and not in the hustle and bustle, yet close to Dollywood and shopping. It was just what we needed!! Well supplied, beds were comfortable..we would stay here again!!
