Not our favorite stay
3/5 This property was clean but there was a musty odor. The bathroom sink stopper broke so that it would not drain and we had no response from the property manager. The second bedroom is much smaller than it appears in the pictures and had no side tables or lamps.

Kevin, thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the property clean. However, we'd like to clarify a few points regarding communication and the issues mentioned.
Upon your arrival, there was some confusion with contact information. We tried reaching you multiple times to provide the correct door code due to a lock system issue and ultimately resolved this through our video doorbell, where we exchanged phone numbers. Unfortunately, we never received any communication from you during your stay regarding the sink issue or any other concerns.
If you had contacted us, we would have been happy to assist and resolve any problems immediately. Our cleaner also informed us after your departure about the broken sink stopper, and we have since addressed it for future guests.
Regarding the size of the second bedroom, the listing photos are accurate, though we understand how perceptions can differ. We also appreciate your feedback on the bedside tables and lamps, and we will consider these improvements moving forward.

5/5 We were very pleased with our accommodations. The home was very clean, spacious, quiet and relaxing. The host was quickly responsive by text once on site. One of the nicest places we ever stayed. Will definitely rent again!

Almost great
2/5 I would have rated everything five stars except the beds in house are the worst I have ever experienced. I was in the area to play in a golf tournament and the beds were so bad (i tried two of them, the master and the room right off the master) that I had back spasms while I was playing. The last night I slept on the couch and it was no better. I would not recommend this home to anyone because of the beds. I stayed Monday night at the Holiday Inn Express, had a decent night's sleep and my back was much better, but it took a couple of days to fully recover from the experience I had at the House in the Woods.
