Week of softball
5/5 My family had an amazing time!My 11 yr old twin boys barely looked at their phones all week due to all the options they had as far as the lake,game room,fishing,swimming,and kayaking.Absolutely a 10 out of 10!The house had everything available.Wonderful vacation and would love to return.

Enjoyable and accommodating
5/5 This was a great place to stay. Steve was our contact and went out of his way to may everything easy and accommodating. Was able to rent boat on site and felt like we had lake to ourselves. The home was very nice and perfect back room for nightly entertainment of games, cards, and darts. Very easy drive in to Nashville and had plenty of to do in the area. Very enjoyable for family with 3 teenagers.

Plenty of Space
5/5 The host was very easy to communicate with during the stay. This was a nice vacation house. Plenty of space in all the rooms. The game room has a fun atmosphere. It was close to Nashville and really easy to Uber. Took advantage of the 2 kayaks that are available to use. I have 2 suggestions. (But not deal breakers) The 1st is to provide better pans. Had only 2 very small frying pans when trying to make breakfast. The 2nd is to have hand soap next to the sinks, not the hand sanitizer.
Many hangout spaces!
5/5 We rented for a family members' graduation and wanted enough bedrooms but also space for the kids to play and adults to hang out. This was great fit for us!

Nice lake location
4/5 A bit of difficulty in the beginning to get the door code but it was eventually resolved. The exterior trash cans were full making it difficult to fulfill the requirement to take out the trash. We had to clean
The outdoor grill to be able to use it. Some of the rooms had rather thin sheets.The hot tub had debris in the bottom of it and an off putting odor. We all have hot tubs so we know keeping it up can be a challenge. It’s a nice quiet location right on the lake. Information on the operation of the TV’s would have been helpful. We did enjoy our stay. Just some things that would have made our stay our stay an outstanding one were missing.
