  Property manager was very responsive and allowed us an early check in. The property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location allowed easy access to downtown via Uber/Lyft. Would stay here again!

  Beautiful accommodations! Fit our family of 5 perfectly. House was very clean and we appreciated the amenities. Great location - easy to get to Broadway and other places of interest.

• Not suitable for 10 adults

  The house was very clean and location felt safe.

  We originally booked this house as there were going to be nine or ten of us but we were only seven.

  There are two double beds & 1 king bed plus three fold away beds in the walk-in wardrobe. We managed to put one of the fold away beds at the bottom of the bed in one room but no idea where you would have put the others. There is a space at the top of the stairs but it has sideboard unit there. There was no change of linen left for a nine night stay and only two bath & hand towels each.

  The door I assume into a wardrobe area in one of the bedrooms was locked so no hanging space in that room.

  The patio doors leading onto a small balcony was also locked which we considered a fire hazzard and when queried was told you can climb out of the window onto the balcony.

  By reading other reviews there seems to be issues with neighbours that sound alarm was fitted and no use of the balcony was allowed. I did read at the time of booking 2nd floor balcony was closed to guests but did not realise it was the only outside space and my friends were disappointed they could not sit there with a morning coffee.

  The stairs from the entrance up to the communal area is very steep as they are again up to the other bedrooms so should be a consideration if you have full luggage.

  We did not use the iPad with check in and check out instructions as it would not connect.

  Hi Heather, we want our guests to enjoy a comfortable stay, and we're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - The home is designed to sleep 10 guests comfortably, with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds (one with a trundle), and 3 twin rollaway beds available for use.
  - Extra linens and towels are not automatically provided for longer stays, but we do offer an on-site washer and dryer with detergent for guests’ convenience. Guests are also welcome to request additional linens or housekeeping during their stay.
  - The locked door in the bedroom leads to an owner’s storage area, which is not advertised as part of the rental. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience.
  - The balcony access is restricted for safety reasons, and this is clearly stated in the listing. We’re sorry if this detail was overlooked and led to disappointment.
  - The stairs meet building code requirements, but we understand they may be challenging for some guests with full luggage or mobility concerns.
  - We regret the issues with the iPad and appreciate your feedback, which we’ll use to ensure better connectivity in the future.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Had a fabulous time in Nashville…

  My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the home, it was perfect for the 6 of us ladies, for our long weekend get away! The house is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. It has an everything you would want or need for your stay, we appreciated all of the extra’s…. like coffee, creamer and breakfast bars along with soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Beds were very comfy! Very quiet neighborhood and we all felt very safe. Prefect spot and we will book again! Molly was awesome and kept in touch. Thank you!!

• Friends Trip

  Great location and house. We had plenty of space. Short Uber/Lyft ride to get to Broadway or the Gulch. Only issue was the noise complaints were controlled by a sensor and was very sensitive. Didn’t feel that we were loud but had tons of notifications, even outside of quiet hours. Enjoyed our stay outside of that!
