Overall, the house did it's job. It was clean enough to not feel gross and was spacious enough to hold a big group. The amount of beds in the pictures and description is no longer accurate. There is also a Guest Room/House attached (even sharing the driveway) which is not stated. We would have never booked knowing this. This didn't end up being a problem, but definitely quite the surprise, and could have been a problem.
The host reached out the day of arrival, but didn't respond to my communication attempt about a week prior. The trash cans were already full outside and was only 1 decent sized trashcan inside to use.
But other than the surprise attached guest house and the other minor details, the location is great and the house would get the job done for a trip with the guys.
We spent all of 30 minutes in the house and left. Unfortunately the house was very dirty. Sticky floors, broken doorknobs, spiderwebs in the windows and shades and stains on the furniture that looked to be vomit and a dirty fridge There is more but I don’t want to seem overly harsh. Evolve was great helping us to resolve the issue.
Pictures and description show there being 12 beds total and one of the rooms having 1 queen bed with 2 twin bunk beds in it. When we arrived we found that was false. They took the 2 twin bunk beds out and put 1 queen bed in its place without notifying us about it at all thus being 3 beds short of the description so we did not have enough beds for people during our stay. The floors were very sticky and dirty when we first arrived and overall the whole house wasn’t as clean as you would hope when getting there. For the price compared to other places in Nashville it was great just very disappointed in the host without letting us no there weren’t as many beds as they said there were in the description.
House was outside of the chaos of town but close enough to drive or uber. Great space for our large group with multiple showers It was very convenient when we were all getting ready and trying to get into town. Loved the porch in the morning for coffee.
House was great, very big & accommodating. One of the toilets was locked & not functional. The host/owner didn’t warn me of this & handled it VERY RUDELY when I contacted for help. I went through VRBO at that point & situation was quickly resolved.
