Perfect location
5/5 The only “negative” if I had to give one would be that the dishes were still in the dishwasher lol we thought the house was low on dishes but when we went to wash dishes the day before we left there they were! Also some of the trash cans were lacking liners but no big deal. We had a wonderful time. Location was close to my niece, property was clean and comfortable!. Will definitely stay again

Cozy Townhome
5/5 Overall stay was great, communication was perfect with property manager, nice location of this property and have no complaints for the property or the communication.
However maybe work on changing the verbiage with the check in and check out instructions, figured it out but took a minute. This doesn’t affect my rating as the property manager was in contact when the issue occurred. I would stay here again with our a doubt.

4/5 Property as described. Kitchen needs a few more everyday items and more glasses and plates. Not to far from anything you want to do.

Great Birthday trip!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay and the location of the property. It was about a 10 minute Uber to downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. One small suggestion would be a full length mirror on a door or something for when you are getting ready.

Cozy home close to Nashville sights!
5/5 My family and I stayed at this property for a work trip to Nashville. I was close (15 minutes) from where I worked and about the same from downtown Nashville sights. The house had three rooms upstairs (1 master, 1 with a full bed, and 1 with bunk beds), 2.5 baths, a laundry room, a kitchen, a living room, and a small dining area. Parking was well lit and easy to access. Everything worked properly and was in good order. Owner was responsive to needs and issues. I would recommend this place highly to future renters.
