    My family and I stayed at this property for a work trip to Nashville. I was close (15 minutes) from where I worked and about the same from downtown Nashville sights. The house had three rooms upstairs (1 master, 1 with a full bed, and 1 with bunk beds), 2.5 baths, a laundry room, a kitchen, a living room, and a small dining area. Parking was well lit and easy to access. Everything worked properly and was in good order. Owner was responsive to needs and issues. I would recommend this place highly to future renters.

  • Nashville Townhouse

    The townhouse was exactly as described. Beds were super comfortable. We did find a pair of shorts in the couch cushions, that was the worst thing that we experienced. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We were a little further from downtown than expected but that’s on us. We would definitely stay again. Our daughter enjoyed her 21 st birthday so it was a win for us.

  • Poorly maintained

    The townhouse is absolute filthy it needs a deep cleaning. Carpet is just gross. No kitchen items hardly at all to cook with. All the furniture is so cheap!

    Owner's response: "Jennifer, We strive to please all of our guests and meet all expectations. We're sorry if you don't feel you got what you expected.
    - When you booked this property we wish you had looked carefully at the photos and were sure this was the place for you. We are at a loss because we don't know why you felt this way.
    - We take cleanliness very seriously and our cleaners do a very good job. They make sure that the house is 100% clean and sanitized between each booking and that it is guest-ready. The carpet is not gross it is vacuumed and cleaned regularly.
    - The kitchen has what is needed for all our guests to make a meal, if there was something you needed you could have called and let us know.
    - Our furniture is all good sturdy pieces and they are not cheap, that is very offensive.
    - We wish we had heard from you while you were on the property we did not so all of these issues were unknown. Had you contacted us we could have tried to make things better.
    - We have rules at the home not only for the protection of the guests but also for the home itself. When our guests choose to not follow the rules it leads to the destruction of property, and in your case we had items that were destroyed and needed additional cleaning. We are sorry that you did not follow the rules and respect our home.

    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

  • Extremely disappointing - litany of issues and poor communication

    Having stayed at numerous Airbnb and VRBO properties in the past, our experience at this one was overwhelmingly disappointing. While we acknowledge that prior guests may have caused some damage, the problems we encountered during our stay should have been resolved in advance, or we should have, at the very least, been informed and offered the option to cancel with a full refund. Unfortunately, none of these issues were proactively addressed, leaving us to contend with a multitude of problems during our stay.

    The most significant issue was the non-operational main toilet, which proved to be a major inconvenience. The owner attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful. Without any prior notice, a plumber was dispatched to the property the following day. While we were grateful that the toilet was fixed, it was disconcerting that the plumber left the front door unlocked with no one at home and also left the bathroom rugs soaked with toilet water.

    Furthermore, another major safety concern was the front door, which, when locked from the outside, rendered the inside doorknob immovable. This made it impossible to open the door from the inside, creating potential danger in emergency situations and possibly violating fire safety codes.

    The property's issues continued with a broken recliner, leaving insufficient seating in the living room. The front window latches were non-functional, depriving us of the ability to lock them securely. The dishwasher was also out of order. In addition, the closet doors in two bedrooms fell off the track, posing a danger when they hit our daughter during use. Moreover, an ant infestation in the kitchen extended to upstairs areas, further adding to our discomfort.

    What compounded our frustrations was the complete lack of communication from the property management. Our text messages received little to no response, with hours passing between replies in some instances. This lack of communication was both infuriating and unprofessional.

    In summary, our stay at this VRBO property was marred by a litany of issues, inadequate communication, and a general lack of professionalism from the property management. While we understand that unexpected problems can arise, it is the responsibility of the property management to promptly address such issues and to effectively communicate with guests. Our stay fell far short of our expectations, and we hope that future guests are spared the disappointment and inconvenience we endured.

    Owner's response: "Robert, Our goal with each guest is to make them happy so that they can enjoy our home. We are sorry that your visit fell short of those goals.
    - We had same-day back-to-back bookings and the guest before you caused some issues that we were unable to fix immediately or to alert you about so that you could cancel your trip. We would never have
    - The toilet issue was one of the items damaged by the prior guest, we found out that they dropped a phone in the WC of one of the toilets and were notified by the plumber who came out to make the repairs. There are 3 toilets in the house and the one that was referenced as non-operational was still flushing but slowly. We were unable to get someone out immediately and I came out to see what I could do. We were able to get someone out the next day and they had to change the entire toilet, they fixed the toilet and closed the door but did not lock the keypad. We did keep you in the loop with updates as quickly as we got them.
    - The recliner also broken by the prior guest was moved to the side at the end of the dining area and tagged as "broken do not use" so that no one was injured. There is adequate seating in the great room and we did not feel this would be a problem.
    - The closet doors are both on sliding tracks and not a safety risk, not sure what happened but they do not fall off the tracks easily.
    - We have not had any issues with the window latches they are all in good working order.
    - We have never had any ant issues in the kitchen or upstairs, if you had let us know about this we would have looked into it immediately.
    - We explained how to use the key for the back sliding door and it was not used correctly resulting in a locked door.

    We take full responsibility for the slow flushing toilet and it was fixed, but we have responded to all the other claims in this review. We also were in constant contact with you and we did our best.
    We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver those 5-star experiences we are known for."
