5/5 This was a nice place to stay. Owners were very nice and helpful for tips on getting around in Nashville. It's the perfect location to stay and only about 15 minutes to hit downtown Nashville. The only thing to mention about this place is that you can not control the temperature for your stay. But other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

5/5 This was an awesome experience, it was our first time getting an Air B&B!!! The owners was very nice & friendly. The Wi-Fi was out(due to storm) so they went out they way to get my son a basketball. Very kid friendly!!! Wasn’t far from all the attractions we attended, or the grocery store. I’d definitely book with them again

Clean and good neighborhood
4/5 The apartment was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was nice and safe! Easy to get in and out. Simple to catch a ride share to area attractions (including Broadway). Keep in mind this is a basement apartment in a private residence, so know that sounds will carry. Overall, it’s a great rental for an affordable Nashville stay!!!
