Memphis stay
1/5 The worse trip ever first we couldn’t get into the property and had to wait for the person to let us in then my car was damaged by the property gate and I was told that it would be covered but still haven’t heard from the insurance company after reaching out I was informed that the claim had been closed which baffled me because I was never contacted now the property it self was nice but it’s very deceiving in the picture I don’t like how close the garages are and how you have to walk around to the property I thought I would be pulling up in front of the place which was not the case It’s a no for me

- We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the lock's functionality. Rest assured, the lock is in proper working order, and we haven't encountered any issues with guests accessing the property.
- We're truly sorry to hear about the incident with the gate and your car. To provide some clarity, it seems you were waiting for the gate to close and parked on its path, resulting in contact with your vehicle. Additionally, we needed an estimate to proceed with the claim, but unfortunately, we didn't receive the necessary information from you.

5/5 We came for the St Jude marathon. This place worked great for us. Clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that it is extremely close to a very busy street, you can hear traffic when you're in the bedroom. I'm a light sleeper and needed my white noise background to block out the traffic noise.
One other positive, although described as an apartment, I would call it more of a guest house. You don't share walls with anyone.

5/5 This was a great property for our weekend visit! Don’t be thrown off by the entrance! This spot is secluded, very clean, and so nice inside! It’s a hidden gem!
