Beautiful home ! Property is close to everything to do in Memphis. Quiet neighborhood. No issues. Home is beautifully decorated. Owner has great taste.
One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve stayed in. Property is just what is described.
Would very much rent again if staying in Memphis.

Hands down the best rental that ive ever stayed in. Very clean, great attention to detail, and easy check in process. I would love to stay here again. However there are two things that I was dissatisfied with. First and most importantly, it was Very Very hot upstairs. The thermostat did not work and hot air blew out of the vents. The rest of the house was hot as well. When I turned the Nest thermostat to 65 someone off sight (or maybe it was just the settings) would turn it up to 75-76. Every night I woke up drenched. Secondly, I dont think it's fair to have to remove linen from the beds and take out the trash with the clean up fee being so high.

This is literally the best rental home that I have ever stayed in. The home was beautiful, and clean, with great attention to detail, and I felt welcomed. The check-in process was quick and easy. The location is great. Near downtown and the expressway.
I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Memphis home. I've stayed at many beautiful homes while traveling but this one tops them all. The decor and colors are so inviting. It was always a pleasure to return "home" after an excursion. The outside is simple, nothing fancy, but once you walk through the doors, WOW, it is wonderful. And the shower in the master suite is big enough to fit several people if you wanted to, Lol. No one had any complaints about the comfort of the beds. Everyone slept very well. We only used the microwave but the kitchen has all the modern fixtures available. The neighborhood is clearly going through gentrification. I only saw a few elderly, friendly people who lived next door and workers at a few houses. Other than that the streets appeared safe, nice and quiet during the entire stay. Shopping for most wants and needs were in walking distance or no more than a mile or two from downtown. I certainly hope this home is available on my next trip to Tenn.
Our girls group, ages 19-80, found this setting PERFECT. The location couldn't be better and the house is perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. When I say the location couldn't be better - I mean it! Literally minutes from downtown and Beale Street and only 15/20 minutes from everything else! The owner was quick to respond when we had some questions and very willing to assist. We were provided snacks and he had all the little niceties in the bathrooms! It was just wonderful! We would all stay here again in a second!
