The worst property we’ve ever stayed at.
The house was closer to a low rent college frat pad than a VRBO property. Ant infestation, every set of blinds in the house was broken and wouldn’t open, holes in walls and doors, bathroom lights didn’t work, flooring was coming apart and cracks through the house. Door code didn’t work, front glass door was busted and would swing wildly every time you went in or out.
Went to cook and every single pot and pan had burnt on food debris that couldn’t be removed, old food in cabinets just left to rot. Had to leave property halfway through stay and pay for a separate place just to get out of the crappy conditions.

- Regarding the condition of the property, we can confirm that the blinds were not broken, and there were no holes in the walls or doors as you described. We take pride in maintaining our property to high standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure everything is in working order.
As for the ant infestation, we can confirm the property does not have an ant infestation or other pest issues.
- Regarding the cleanliness of the kitchen, we apologize for any oversight in the cleanliness of the pots and pans. We have addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure thorough cleaning between guest stays.
- In regards to the bathroom lights, it appears during your stay, water got into the outlight, which inadvertantly tripped the GFI.
