Poor Communication
3/5 The check-in process was very poor. The room wasn’t ready when we were told it would be. Then the code they gave up to get into the room wouldn’t work. We tried to reach the property manager to get the correct code but they never answered or called back. After 30-45mins or so of waiting a maintenance man came by to drop towels off in our room. He was the one that let us in our room. The property manager finally text back about 3 hours after we were supposed to check in.

House had a muggy smell
3/5 Not a good experience overall. When we walked in , house had a muggy smell!
Frame on wall fell on our head while sleeping. Overall I would not recommend this house for the money we paid for!
Pictures make it look much nicer
3/5 Cabinets were dirty, dishes were dirty, overall a very dated condo. Overall it’s a convenient location and had what we needed to be relatively comfortable during our stay.

Disgusting
1/5 The rooms were dirty, dining room table sticky, dining chair broke to pieces on the balcony, stains on the supposedly clean bath towels, hair all over toliet, stains and crumbs all over couch, no indoor pool or hot tub, the condo smelled like smoke, empty shower container. Missing curtains.. The place was horrible and filth. Not worth the money or time. Only good thing was the bears so close to see.
