Bring your tick spray
3/5 Could not enjoy the country setting we expected due to ticks! We did not bring our grandkids out here for that reason. Could not use the AC due to loud noise, but the other unit kept us comfortable, thankfully. Beds were comfortable.Sorry, but would not return.

-We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors are out of our control, and we’re sorry this impacted your stay. The charm of the property is its location which is equipped with two air conditioners. One unit can cool the entire home, the second unit is for backup when needed for extreme heat. We had clarified to only use one unit for a most comfortable stay.
-We have had no reports of ticks prior to your arrival and afterward from other guests We have ongoing pest control that manages and protects the home from these issues and we're sorry this impacted your stay
-We take pride in our property and landscape, so we do have professionals come out for routine maintenance to prevent bug issues
-Our goal is to ensure that every guest who stays in our home has a great experience and we endeavor to be very responsive to anything that comes up!

5/5 We sold our house needed a place to chill out before moving. The Milkbarn was perfect. Comfy quiet and such nice people. It is so cute plenty of room for walks with the dogs we loved it.
