We loved this place! The home is well lit with the sunshine coming through the glass windows. It gives you a very uplifting feeling. The views of the sunrises and sunsets are lovely. The property is very beautiful and private. The house was clean and neat. The deck is a perfect place to relax and grill out on the gas grill. The home is out and away from the hustle but a drive through the beautiful countryside will get you to town soon enough. The bed was as comfortable as they come! We stayed in the late Spring so the trees were in full bloom and everything was nice and green! Air conditioning worked great. We had to turn on the heater the first night we arrived and it worked fine too. The guest contact is extremely courteous, helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
It was nice to get away from the main Nashville area. Beautiful view. The only downside was I wish there had been more in the kitchen. Pam spray, plastic bags, or even foil would have been nice since we did all our cooking there. That was the only downside. Otherwise, great time

We were five woman gathering for a weekend long music festival. The home was an ideal location just 20 minutes from the action and peacefully hidden away in a hill. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was tucked away and quiet. The home itself was beautiful and clean which added to the perfect surroundings. Very spacious and well stocked, however we recommend bringing general shower/bathroom necessities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) if you use the downstairs bathroom. Definitely enough parking spaces, just know that the driveway leading up to the house is quite steep—I would have been quite nervous if I was driving a compact car. Overall we had a great experience; It was perfect for the number of people we had!

We all loved staying at “The Rosebud” house. Such a neat place. Super comfy beds. Everyone enjoyed fire flies and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Super private home. Hopefully we can all go back again. ❤️ The perfect retreat
