Animal paradise
2/5 Mice and bugs present inside, at night animals were scurrying above metal roof above bedroom, long haul down stairs unloading personal items for stay. There is hot plate with no stove, bring portable stove.

- We ask that all potential guests look at the listing very closely so that they are aware the unit is a Downstairs Efficiency Apartment and it has a flight of stairs that lead down to it. This apartment does not have all of the amenities as the upstairs unit, and all of this information is in the listing. We are sorry if you missed this, we are having the listing updated so that this information is very visible.
- Our home is in the country and we have pests who would rather stay inside than out, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We have hired a local pest control company and they have taken care of this issue. We will be more proactive in the future and treat earlier in the year to ensure this is not an issue.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."Tenn. Cabin
