  I typed this in once and the system seems to have lost it... not sure. This experience was not good for the amount of money paid for the cleaning and service fees. The refrigerator had a bag of food in in. The air fryer had cooked food stuck to it, the coffee pot was not clean and had old filter and coffee grinds in it. The tables and furniture on the back deck was disgusting. I'm thankful I carry my bleach wipes with me! Now for the sheets, I had called to see if I could possible check in early... she said she'd text me. I did not hear anything and arrived in town early so I went to the house about 3 and just waited in my truck. She indicated that she was just waiting on towels to dry, I told her I did not mind folding the towels if that was all. Then she told me that some sheets were missing... she would have to go purchase some and come right back... I did check with her because I had to go to the grocery and she said there was a last minute rental that she had to get ready... I went to store and came back. Tried to turn on the TV... it did not work. I sent her a message, she asked me to check upstairs TV and try the different batteries. I did it did not work. She brought 3 packages of sheets and batteries at 8PM. She also had to reset the TV... and the remote turned it on... but would not hardly turn the channel. The TV needs a new remote. The cabinet door in the downstairs bathroom is broken. I showed that to her... she knew it had been reported to owner.

  - The housekeeping team assured us that they cleaned all items prior to your arrival, but we’ve asked them to be more diligent in the future to ensure everything meets our high standards
  - The issue with the sheets arose because a prior guest had taken some, which wasn’t discovered until the cleaning crew arrived. New sheets were purchased and delivered as quickly as possible, but we apologize for the inconvenience
  - The early check-in wasn’t possible due to a busy schedule and unforeseen circumstances, which unfortunately delayed the house preparation. We appreciate your understanding that an early check-in is not always possible
  - The TV remote and cabinet door had been previously fixed, but it’s clear there’s still an issue. We’re committed to getting these fixed promptly to prevent any future inconvenience
  
  We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

  This is a beautiful property and there was plenty of space for our group. The scenery was beautiful and it is a quick drive to the marina. The only downside was the lack of pots and pans, but we made it work.

  We had a great stay, it was close to Dale Hollow and allowed for a fantastic family weekend.

  We truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was perfect for our annual trip to the lake. Only downside were minimal pots and skillets. But we made due with what was offered. We will most definitely book again in the future.
