TN stay
4/5 House was nice and well equipped, however the outside property was very overgrown. The back porch was full of weeds growing up between the flooring.
The grounds appear to not have been cared for in quite some time.Everything needed a good trimming, electrical outlets in kitchen were dead, I think two were that way.

Convenient and Clean
4/5 This was the perfect house to serve as overflow for family who have a house in the area. The description of the house was on point and it provided lots of sleeping space. It's conveniently located next to the lake marina. We primarily used the house at night for sleeping.

Butler House
4/5 Everything was great, nice kitchen with items required to prepar a meal. The dishwasher was broken and the oven could use updating. Beds were comfortable plenty of clean towels and linens. The only complaint i have is the listing says there is a washer and dryer available, but there was a note on the door nit to go in the basement

From the owner: "Washer and dryer were not listed, but shortly we will clean the basement where washer and dryer are located, so the guest could go down to do their laundry. We will also soon put a new dishwasher and oven. Thanks for your suggestion."
