Did not meet exceptions based on advertisement
2/5 Upon arrival discovered the coffee pot did not work however a new one was provided within one day, there was no hot water to the shower, which took 2 days to get fixed. The garage door would not close all the way nor lock and the POC stated the owner will not fix the garage door. The dining table and chairs did not match (it was a high table with low chairs and were not the table in chairs in the pics in the ad).The house in general was in a run down state, had a for sale sign out front and we were not the first to present the issues we experienced as others wrote in the guest log on the table concerning the coffee pot, the lack of hot water and the bee hive on the back wall. In addition the steps into the garage were also deteriorating which was actually a safety hazard to walk up and down.

Labor Day get a way
4/5 Rustic house with decent bedrooms but no closets. Only major problem was squeaky floors. Would have been nice to know about the road construction in neighborhood. Centrally located the the main attractions in area.
