Needs some updating
3/5 The unit itself was fine, just needed some attention given to corners and baseboards, dusting. Coffee pot had not been cleaned. Still had old, used filter in it. Could use some chairs, as well as night stands in bedrooms. Location was fine. There were 4 “older” couples, and we all agreed unit needed a good cleaning. We enjoyed location of the unit - very convenient.

- All of our bedrooms have nightstands and the kitchen table has 5 chairs plus a Bench, the living room has a large couch, a love seat, and 2 recliner chairs. We feel that this is a perfect amount for our occupancy level.

5/5 I come down 2 times a year with my family and normally use booking.com but had a horrible experience with them over this rental. I went directly through Evolve and had an amazing experience booking through them and went so smoothly. I will definitely be booking another trip soon. IT WAS AN EPIC TRIP!!!
