Beautiful island, but the house did not meet expectations
3/5 Seabrook Island was absolutely beautiful and the amenities were perfect for our young family. The community pool and restaurants were awesome! Food was excellent! However, the house was not well taken care of and had bugs. We killed hundreds of ants all over the house and a handful of cockroaches. Totally grossed us out. The house had a bunch of things broken, like the toilet handle and electrical outlets. Overall, the house was not well maintained or clean. It also had no spices or many basic things like salt and pepper, so we had to purchase a bunch of stuff just to cook. It also did not have a grill, which was not ideal. We will probably return to the island, but we will stay at another property.
