CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 
- Guests will receive an email registration link to register the vehicle they will be driving on the island. One pass will be sent. If another vehicle is entering you’ll need to contact the Guest Contact for an additional link

- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The property is located within a gated community. The Guest Contact will provide the access code
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1029
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee (2 dogs max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
