• Disappointed with the property

  There was not a comfortable seat in the house. The living room had only reclining chairs, and they were uncomfortable. The dining area had stools for seating, so they were not comfortable for watching television and having a conversation with my spouse.

  Of course we were at the lake for the scenery and outdoor activities...but in the evening we wanted to watch the news and some television...very few available channels were subscribed to, so that was frustrating too.

  The kitchen was great except for the pots and pans. The linings on the pots and pans was peeling, so we were unable to use them to cook. I borrowed a pan from a family member who lives in the area so we could boil water for tea.

  Finally, the previous renters must have had a small child because the windows had a lot of finger and palm prints. That was gross.

  - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at our condominium. We appreciate your comments and concerns, and we take them seriously.
  - We're sorry to hear that you found the seating in the living room uncomfortable. We have a fairly new automatic recliner/love seat and recliner chair in that space, as shown in our listing photos, but we understand that personal preferences vary. We're open to considering other seating options for the future.
  - Regarding the dining area, we understand that the stools may not be the most comfortable for extended periods of sitting and watching television. We'll certainly consider replacing the current set with one that offers regular chairs to enhance comfort for our guests.
  - We appreciate your feedback on the available TV channels. While our TV and Wi-Fi service includes a variety of options, we will ensure that our listing accurately reflects the channel availability so that future guests have clear expectations.
  - We've replaced the pots and pans with a new set, ensuring a better cooking experience for our guests.
  - Regarding the windows, what seemed like dirt or smudges was actually due to a problem with the window seals – gases and crystals between the glass. Unfortunately, this isn't something we can clean. We're actively looking into replacing the condo windows, but it may take some time due to the cost. Importantly, this issue was not due to negligence by our cleaning service or children's fingerprints.
  
  We want all our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we're sorry that your stay didn't meet your expectations. We're always committed to providing a pleasant experience for our guests.
