Great location
4/5 Property is located in a great location. Love the proximity to the beach and the large pool. Master bedroom mattress was comfortable. Showers were great. The only con was the refrigerator was broken upon arrival on Saturday but the owner worked very diligently to get it serviced Monday morning. Evolve was wonderful as well during this mishap. Evolve notified us that the owner reimbursed some cost for the refrigerator being broken which was helpful for purchasing a cooler, ice and having to eat out all meals from Saturday evening to Monday.. I have no complaints with how the situation was handled.

5/5 Condo was very comfortable for our party of five; loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. Location was perfect inside Litchfield by the Sea; views of ocean and pool complex. Huge balcony with 2 seating areas. Wonderful vacation!
