Great Location, Kitchen Needs Help
4/5 The property is great. Fantastic location. The stairs are a challenge as its 3 full flights up and a tight turn. The property lacks decent pans for cooking, no dish soap, one garbage bag and no scubbing sponge. We had 5 of us and a tiny frying pan for bacon. Overall I would recommend it but spend $50 and get the kitchen supplied better.

Perfect view
4/5 Great location and view. Adjacent beach access, breezy balcony, comfy bed, smart TV. Unit is partially renovated and overall very comfortable.

Perfect view
4/5 Coffee on the balcony was my favorite part of each day on our trip. The view is spectacular though it can get a bit breezy. Parking and location were good. Beach access was adjacent and this part of the beach was not crowded. Pool was quiet but not yet warm so it was more of a cold plunge pool when we were there. Beds were very comfortable. The sun comes in bright (primary bedroom) every morning, even with blinds, but we got used to it. Furniture was convenient and everything was clean. We cook a lot so some kitchen things needed to be purchased such as tupperware for storage and plastic cooking utensils so as not to damage the metal pots/pans. The unit is partially renovated so two of the three bathroom sinks are very low for (us) tall people. Large smart TV allows you to log in to your own streaming services. Overall, we would stay here again (except for the 3rd floor walkup situation which can be difficult if you have injuries).
