Steps from the beach
5/5 The condo met all my expectations. It was decorated nicely and very clean. The location was wonderful. So near restaurant's and stores. Most importantly it was steps from the beach. There were beach toys and chairs already on site, so I did not have to make additional purchases. I had one small issue (no fault of the owner) and received timely communication and resolution from the owner and Evolve. My family enjoyed themselves and even though there was rain, the children spent a lot of time using the indoor pool. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation
4/5 Things started off a little rocky when we first checked in. The owner was very nice and addressed our concerns quickly. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed nights on the balcony listening to the water. Overall, It was a nice stay and we are looking to come back next year.

Patio door doesnt work!! Be aware
1/5 Not a very pleasent stay. The patio door to the restricted view Of the ocean didnt work. The only way for anyone to go out on the deck was through the master bed room in which their was broken and cracked tile leading to the patio. Over all I wouldnt stay here again.
