CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Upon arrival, enter code 136 and then hit the call button at the gate. This will call the property owner, who will grant access
- Gate fobs will be provided for guests to access the community for the remainder of the stay
- There is a keyless entry system located on the storage unit adjacent to the front door of the condo. The Guest Contact will send the access code prior to your arrival
- Once guests access the storage unit, there will be a key to the condo and gate fob hanging on the left-hand side
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave the gate access fobs and keys on the counter
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
