4/5 My daughters and I loved the condo. Location was close to everything. They were looking forward to using the heated pool but couldn’t find it. The outside pool was cold! The property manager said it was heated as well but it was not! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and family friendly condo. Well located in North Myrtle Beach near many great attractions and restaurants!
4/5 Pros and Cons
3/5 There are several pros about this condo: easily accessed Barefoot Landing area, golf course view, pool just across the street, nice space, and well stocked. There was even a washer/dryer. The king bed was very comfortable! There was one big con, and it was cleanliness. While the toilet and sink were clean, the floors were dirty, carpets stained, bath mat and shower curtain mildewed, etc. We were having family members visit us, and everyone noticed. We have never used Evolve before, so I don't know if this is typical or an anomaly. If the property had been well cleaned, it would have earned 4.5 stars for having nice space and amenities but a bit dated.
