Not enough seats
3/5 There was only one chair on the balcony. Not enough seating inside the condo. Need to make mention on parking pass cost.

Frustrating experience
2/5 No communication with the so called contact person, his phone message said available Tuesday through Thursday 10 to 2 and don’t leave a message, he doesn’t reply. Text his assistant if needing immediate assistance but they never responded to my last text where I was trying to get a correct gate code to enter the property since the code they gave me didn’t work. Thankfully the guard let us in and it wasn’t until the next day when I contacted the corporate office that we were finally given a working code. They also failed to tell us that the building was being renovated on the outside so the pool, gift shop, and cafe were all closed as a result, which greatly disappointed our 2 small granddaughters not being able to go swimming for the entire vacation. Said they supply towels but only had 3 wash clothes for 5 people staying 6 days. No fry pan to cook on, only sauce pans, so we had to buy one, which would have been fine if they had communicated that with us so we could have brought one. Unacceptable communication overall.
