  I want to express how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. Tammy reached out early in the day and provided the necessary information needed to check-in. When we arrived, the condo was exactly as pictured. What the pictures cannot do is tell you how comfortable ALL of the beds are. I’ve stayed in this community several times before due to location to shops and grocery stores. This has been the best unit managed and maintained, thus far. Clear instructions to access wifi and other rules were provided which I appreciate a great deal. Please do not make the mistake I did by parking in the spots that are designated for OWNERS with a permit. One of the neighbors was kind enough to leave a note to inform me where I could park if I am not an owner. All in all, my family and I will book with Evolve/Tammy again. Hopefully I can get this same unit next year.

• Just Perfect!!!

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and going through EVOLVE via VRBO. Tammy checked in and provided all information that was needed early. Instructions/Rules were provided in the kitchen. I have stayed in this development before several times, but this was by far the best! I cannot stress enough how comfortable ALL the beds were. It makes a huuuge difference especially if you are driving from a far distance. My father stated it was the best sleep he’s had in a long time.

  The unit appeared exactly as pictured. The location is great since grocery stores and retail shops are nearby. It’s also not too far from the beach.

  Just keep in mind they have made changes to the parking so make sure you park in unmarked spaces that do not have OWNER written on them. I made the mistake of parking in one of those spots but someone was nice enough to leave a note to let me know and I happily obliged.

  I will definitely come back as long as I can get the same unit by going through Evolve.

  Great location, close to so many great amenities. This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and this was the perfect amount of space for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool and watching the turtles in the ponds nearby. Would stay here again!

• Review of new condo near golf course

  Overall our stay at this location was nice. The condo had lots of space and the beds were comfortable. The area was quiet. Couple of tjings to note: the condo was right at the edge of the golf course. The view was nice, but not much privacy in the mornings when I was still in my nightgown and noticed there were golfers right outside the large living room window very early in the morning, so just to be aware. Also, the condo had a lil bit of a musty smell, which was odd since it is supposed to be new- not sure if there was water damage that we couldn't see. It was very spacioys and the master bathroom was,very nice. Also, google directions could not find the condo, which was,very frustrating after sriving all day.

  We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pictures on the VRBO site are exactly as the condo looks. The location is very convenient to grocery stores and shopping. We will more than likely rent this unit again.
