  Perfectly located between CCU and the beach. Super clean, nicely decorated in a great, gated community. Would definitely stay here again!

• Everything was 10/10!

  My family and I went to Myrtle this last week for my daughter’s softball Nationals. The weather was great, the town was even better and this rental was better than all of them.

  Unfortunately we would have to give this property and the hosts 5 stars…. I say that because 10 stars would be much more appropriate. The cleanliness of the unit far exceeded our expectations. We stayed with friends and visited others in different units prior to checking in and “our” unit blew away the competition. From the welcome card and book with suggestions and personal favorites to newer furnishing and decorations we really felt comfortable and at home at this property. It is close to everything in town and the layout of the pools and activities made life easy with 2 kids (13/11).

  Don’t hesitate to book this property as I can tell you that it is one of the nicest in that area. We are trying to plan our next “non softball” trip with (or without) the kids.

• Property Great- Supplies a Bit Lacking

  Property itself was awesome and would book again. Don’t hesitate to book! What you do need to know is that you need to bring some items if you plan to stay here. Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, tissues- basically ANYTHING for day to day cleaning and any staple condiments, etc. There wasn’t a full role of toilet paper in either bathroom when we arrived and no spares anywhere- same with the paper towels. There are zero toiletries as stated in the description, so make sure to pack those. If you use more than one towel- bring some towels. Also, no beach towels are provided. The water for the shower was luke warm at best no matter what order or what time of day we showered. For your $150 cleaning fee- you get to do pretty much everything yourself!! Yay! Load and unload the dishwasher, take out the trash, strip beds (although we did get a very nice note from the hosts saying we didn’t have to do that, which was very appreciated)!

  That reminds me- bring some extra blankets and pillows if you tend to get cold or like more than one pillow.

  View of golf course is great! Screened in porch is great! All new dishes, flatware and appliances look recent. King bed was very comfortable. Sofas were comfortable. Overall- a great stay apart from having to get the unexpected items that were supposed to be supplied and having to pay $150 cleaning fee and do so much departing cleaning ourselves.

  - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for guests to purchase more supplies. We personally stock the condo with toilet paper, handsoap & dish soap, a new roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, complimentary coffee and tea - everything you need to get your vacation started! We apologize for any misunderstanding.
  - Guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.
  - We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. Our contact information is posted throughout the unit.
