CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1391
- When you get to the complex gate, select 'Find a Name' on the directory screen, scroll and select 9750 02, and press the call button. The directory will call the point of contact and they will provide you access through the gate. If you have any trouble accessing the gate, call 516.695.9086
- The parking passes and amenity card will be in the unit upon arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Return the amenity fob and the parking passes. There will be a $150 replacement fee assessed if they are not returned
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot
- Parking permit must be displayed in your vehicles at all times during your stay
- Guest parking tags, must be completed with an Arrival Date, Departure date, and the Folio Number. If it is not, this will be considered a non-valid pass and may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense. All tags, including the owner, guest, and tenant tags, must have the information facing out the windshield so it can be read if walking by. If passes are not viewable, again, the vehicle is subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense
- Motorcycles are not permitted in the Savannah Shores Community
